We are hosting a DFH Dinner and “Tap Take-Over” on Friday, January 13. We will start at 7:30 p.m. Seats are $55 per person. RSVP via email to Maloneyspubnj@gmail.com.
In addition to the brews featured at the dinner, we will also be tapping Immort (Strong Ale, 11%), Chicory Stout (American Stout, 5.2%), Olde School (Barleywine, 15%), Palo Santo Maron (Brown Ale, 12%), Hellshound On My Ale (Imperial IPA, 10%), Pearl Jam (Belgian Strong Pale Ale, 7%), 60 Minute IPA (American IPA, 6%), and 90 Minute IPA (Imperial IPA, 9%). The menu for the dinner is as follows:
***Lamb slider served on a brioche bun, paired with Raison D’Etre (Belgian Strong Dark Ale, 8%)
***Roasted baby beets and pistachio encrusted goat cheese over arugula with aged, white-balsamic vinaigrette served with Ta’ Henket (Pale Wheat Ale, 4.5%)
***Red-curry, honey-glazed breast of duck served with Mediterranean couscous, paired with Burton Baton (Imperial IPA, 10%)
***Tiramisu with Miles Davis’ Bitches Brew (Imperial Stout, 9%)
